Scallops and Thai Yellow Curry

Carbs? Who needs them. Scallops are a definite favourite. Their sweet, mild flavour lends itself to all possibilities. A mild home made yellow curry sauce is a perfect marriage. A starter was had of diced, salty blue saint Agur cheese, rocket and a home made salad dressing. All seasoned to perfection of course!
