We had a great day yesterday in the woodland beside the children’s school. Today however, our trip into the woods beside our house ended up with a few wasp stings after the boys and I accidentally stumbled upon a wasp nest. Then came the inevitable stinging nettles on our way home! Thus proving that not all family excursions are harmonious ones!

We survived the experience, though they got me twice on the coccyx and very itchy today! The boys are fine today though. And we are blessed with the local woodlands! Thank you Nadia. 😃
